Thank you for your purchase with Figured'Art. If you need to return an item, please follow these steps in accordance with our return policy:

  1. Eligibility: You have 30 days from receiving your item to initiate a return. The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. This policy applies to all standard products.
    However, please note that our Custom Paint by Numbers kits are final sale and cannot be returned once produced, as each kit is custom-made from the photo you provide and created exclusively for you.
  2. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): Contact us by email at support@figuredart.com to obtain an RMA number before sending your item back. This number helps us identify your return and expedite your refund.
  3. Packaging Your Return: Clearly write or label the RMA number on the outside of your package.
  4. Shipping: Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please use a trackable shipping service and provide us with the tracking number to help us monitor the return’s progress.
